-If you want to sabotage somebody's computer download and install this along with all of the "You're computer is infected with a virus!" popup programs.

This program appears to be a virus. I installed this "program" on an older system with some older hardware that is extremely difficult to find drivers for now a days. The machine runs windows XP. The program installed no problem and then apparently opened no problem...and opened again... and again... and again... until I got fed up, uninstalled and rebooted. The EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS thing about this was that no GUI presents itself after the splash screen. The program gives you the illusion of opening... something... when the splash screen fades the process disappears and re-names itself and then sits hiding... waiting... I have no idea what the new process it creates for itself does, however this behavior screams virus.
- DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS!!! You will probably never see anything that remotely resembles the screen shot provided above.Summary
Useless, unless you live life dangerously with no clue what the heck is running in the background on your computer.

Did an immediate uninstall which SEEMED to obey. Sounded great before I uploaded but first set of results so over the top I immediately stopped trusting it. MIGHT BE LEGIT but the more I research the less I trust UNIBLUE for anything. I am biased by having done the same thing with Registry Mechanic before doing one final search and finding bad press about impossibility of achieving a true uninstall. My PC/XP is 2003 and have never used any registry fixer beyond those recommended by Microsoft and purchased from McAfee. Quickclean, Windows Defender, etc.

I definitely have a problem with my Realtek AC-97 driver, and since cannot find a safe source to upload, have disabled device. Almost installed this product to try to find a safe driver, but it reported ALL of my drivers as Ancient. Now on one hand that might be true, but EVERYTHING WORKS FINE and I do automatic Windows updates as well as registered software updates regularly, so when this program claims everything on my system is teetering at deaths' door, I trust my geriatric XP far more than I do this "FREE" software.
Summary
Again I cannot judge fairly because I did not take the risk and while I have had a month of serious scares/hassles after uploading YouTubeDownloader 3.4 (see review for 3.5), so far I have been able to get my system purring again. I think I did the right thing uninstalling this immediately after downloading it.

I find no positive things about this product.
Cons
I have used other driver scanners in the past with great ease. This tool reports that I need upgrades in drivers, downloads the driver. When you try to install the driver, the tool just seems to go into outer space, creates a restore point and then seems to loop forever, and appears not to install anything. I have yet to install one driver successfully.
Summary
I could not get it to work with Windows 7. I requested help from their website, and was told to read the FAQ. That did not help at all. It is not like I have never used one of these before. I have used other driver search and download tools successfully. I wasted 29.95 on this thing as far as I am concerned.

Until you have tried this one, you will never know what it is to get ALL your drivers and I mean ALL.

None whatever.
Summary
Why did I not know about this one before I purchased it? It is the only drive scanner and updater for me. I have tried many previously. This is my best.

no pros whatsoever. This software is junk, trying to get your money, and clutter your computer.
Cons
This software suggests that there are many drivers that need to be updated, but most of the drivers they recommend you install do not even exist!
Summary
I have checked many of the ones they recommended to be installed, and they do not exist on the update sections of the manufacturer websites. I don't know what this software is installing, but I am pretty sure that it isn't driver updates (unless the software travels forwards in time and gets these updates for you)

This is just a sales-pitch for Uniblue. It's not cool that they don't explain that upfront. I think they're making more enemies - with this approach - than customers.

Unsure because I can't use it till I pay.
Cons
Had 2010 version that was workung, but lost it when I downloaded 2011 version and have to pay to get new version to work. Not happy about that.
Summary
Wished I had 2010 version back.
