    "Peace of Mind"

    October 29, 2014  |

    Version: DriverMax 7.43

    Pros

    1. Free
    2. Thorough
    3. Virtually Ad-Free
    4. Noninvasive
    5. Does not install unwanted software
    6. 2 Free driver downloads a day
    7. Asks for feedback after download & installation
    8. Premium and Free are not overly gaped
    9. Offers trail version of premium for fair amount of time
    10. Simple and easy to use (including GUI or Interface)

    Cons

    1. Must pay for certain premium features
    2. Free version not "as" thorough as premium
    3. Too simple for the more Tech advanced

    Summary

10/3 In favor of "Pros". This program is; easy to use, has a simple and easy to understand menu and interface, is as thorough as can be, and is-best of all-free. There are those who would wish for more advanced options and features, and those who cannot wait 24-hours, but for keeping your drivers updated; you can't beat it. If I could honestly afford to pay for the premium I would, but not for the features. I would do so just out of respect for what the company has already done.

    "Very intrusive software"

    October 24, 2014  |   By hickoryshirt

    Version: DriverMax 7.43

    Pros

Sure it finds more drivers than most others, but at what cost?

    Cons

This software is not worth the time it takes to download. It finds lots of drivers and downloads quite fast if you buy the paid version. However my experience is that many of those drivers are non Windows certified and do not work. Many times the software wants to re-download the driver over and over again! Plus if you try to roll those updates back to the originals you end up with devices with no drivers at all! What a mess. I had to restore to get my system working properly!! Plus all the emails they send are equally hard to stop. The option to unsubscribe link leads you no where. I finally had to email their company and complain mightily My advice is to stay away from this company.

    Summary

Shame on Download.com for recommending this trash!

    "Most Reliable Driver Updation Tool"

    October 22, 2014  |   By original crab

    Version: DriverMax 7.43

    Pros

no other tool in market allows trust and updating 2 drivers per day for free.
almost all driver updation tools wants them to pay after scanning.
DriverMax am using for 6years thru various pc's ,n it stayed on as favourable n customer friendly for almost 6years now than many 1 year wonders that comes n go down in market.
it also made sure after gaining popularity not to put it as bundleware n carried on with the principle n its a brand now.
very simple but proper interface as I should put it comes with a direction to computer makers what are current trends of hardware to assemble.
I don't have that much money to roll out 35$ on a day flat out to buy a software, but DriverMax provides the opportunity for less fortunate people like us to update 2 drivers per day for free.10days 20drivers.

    Cons

    none from my part

    Summary

brilliant tool for driver updates with good marketing mantra.

"Good stuff, does what it says and simple to use, Kudos!"

    October 18, 2014  |   By Alonznet

    Version: DriverMax 7.43

    Pros

easy to use and always works great.

    Cons

only 2 downloads a day dispite the fact that on the upgrade to pro page it says unlimited daily downloads for both free and pro (a blue check mark in both collums), that typo needs to be fixed its missleading ;). example: http://www.drivermax.com/driver/buypro.php?drivermax_version=7.43&sit=0&promotion=DRIVER-INSTALLER

    Summary

so fix your missleading info and increase daily downloads for free users to a few more per day and id give this 5 stars, but as is only getting 3.

"Helped a lot, worth the price"

    October 18, 2014  |

    Version: DriverMax 7.43

    Pros

Updated 16 drivers in no time. Easy to use.

    Cons

Caused one driver to stop, but it was easily fixed.

    Summary

I was getting a lot of BSoDs in Windows 7. Some were due to old drivers in my 2 year old machine. DriverMax took care of it easily after I reloaded Windows. Buy the Pro upgrade to save a lot of time.

    "Great product, works perfect"

    October 18, 2014  |   By coenepat

    Version: DriverMax 7.43

    Pros

Drivermax finds a lot more updates than other software. I bought Driver Booster just before i found this program and DriverMax found 10 more updates. Even in the free version it's a god product, you only need a bit more time because of the download limit of 2 downloads a day.

    Cons

Found no cons so far. Ok, there is a max downloadlimit of 2 a day but hey ... it's free.

    Summary

Great product, eayse to use, works perfect.
