"Can break system and support is terrible"
Pros: I have to admit that when I downgraded a laptop from Vista to XP it found a driver that I needed.
Cons: The product gives invalid results and support is terrible. Drivers suggested are very often for the wrong hardware or are downrev and can (and do) break your system.
Summary: Support has had a "very serious and critical" bug (their words) open for over 2-1/2 months and the support people can't get the developer's attention to even look at it.I've called three times to get a status on the problem. Here's the issue: The sca... read more

"Do Not BUY - 100% rip-off!!!! No support response."
Pros: Nothing is good about this s/w.
Cons: The software offered a driver update which broke my o/s. The free scan highlight there is a bios update even when in fact you are current. Support never returned my call/emails. BE WARNED. Unable to give this 0/5 stars....Begrudgingly give it 1/5
Summary: Rip-off. Dangerous as driver likely could damage your system. No response from support. Scanner will falsely indicate there is a bios update for your computer, which then you will be told later that infact you have the latest version. A complete BAI... read more

Cons: Drivers as posted above are free from your vendors site.

"Useless, should get no star rating."
Pros: Found out of date drivers.
Cons: Found out of date drivers, but you have to pay upfront for the info. Drivers are provided free from vendors, so it's not worth the money. Doesn't uninstall correctly.
