Several times when running the program I've been asked to enter my License - once should be enough.

On my Win 7 x64 bit I keep getting asked to register the product. the last time it happened, I contacted them to request a registration reminder and to find out if Ineeded to repurchase. This was rejected x2. Can you help me resolve the problem?

Why are Driver Genius so difficult to contact?
Additionally, The programne works w/o dropout on my standby pc running Win XP. Any explanations please?

Sometimes the download does not start and you have to wait for a lonf time. There were cases that it did not even download any driver at all.The Customer Service Center didn't replay my emails when i had a problem with the software.

it's ok but not perfect. i don't think i going to use this software again in the future. Does not worth the money.
