Pros: Fairly simple and intuitive to use, download latest database update, then scan.
Cons: Like anti-virus products, I'm not sure if it covers ALL drivers, my DVB-T USB dongle is seen by my system as a keyboard HID device. Suspect Driver Genius may not fully cover the range of HID devices, graphics pads, DTV-T dongles, etc.
Summary: Think I may need more than one product of this type to cover everything. read more

"ok but some of the updates do not work"
Pros: The product seems to find drivers ok
Cons: But when you download some of them they do not work

Pros: This program has updated drivers I had always had difficulty updating. I am very pleased with the program's abilities.
Cons: have experienced no negatives to date.

Pros: It went right in and told me what I neede, then downloaded and installed it, and voila I had sound back on my computer.
Cons: I was surprised when it said I had to pay.

Pros: It appears to be very simple and less trouble than anoth programme I have which is not functioning.
Cons: It is another of those cons where you go thorough all the process of loading without any mention that it is not a free programme
