Version: Driver Detective 6.2.1.1
"Does not work."
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I installed Driver Detective to find out that the drivers they installed caused my computer to malfunction and would not let me get on line. I was lucky to be able to reinstall my drivers that came with the computer and everything worked again. I would stay away from this program. I have asked for a refund and if i don't get it I will take legal action.

I wanted my money back but they said no so I went to the BBB where they are located and lodged a complaint. A day later I got a response from BBB and Driver detective that they were refunding my money. Try that if they won't give you your money back

I wish that I had reqad this review prior to downloading Detective Driver. I am interested in whether the reviewer was able to ghet a refund. As I found the program useless

I have a similar experience: wrong drivers that do not work on my system:
one example: drivers for AMD 64 bit while I have Intel 32 bit, wrong videocard drivers, wrong audiocard drivers.
Above that: NO REPLIES FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL

I just finished reloading my whole system after trying to undo what this software did to my system. This software is dangerous if you do what THEY recommend!
