Pros: Nothing!!!!
Cons: Found program to be disingenuous. Listed for free but after you run program you found it had to be purchased to complete functionality of program. Why don't they just say up front that this is not really free. False Advertising???

Pros: Great software! I have no problems with the drivers now! Hours of time will be saved. I bought it with a discount found here:

"UNRELIABLE, UNRESPONSIVE AND IGNORANT"
Pros: Nothing, Nothing and still Nothing. Rude, ineffectual people who never even bother to respond once they have their money. The only reason I had the programme I requested 2 particular drivers which they were not able to supply.
Cons: Not worth the effort of downloading never mind the cost. They do not reply to emails and when their scan suggests new drivers they are not necessarily newer drivers than the ones already installed! The programme itself requires a Degree in IT.
Summary: Ineffectual, outdated drivers recommended, lack of communication once they have your money! What more to say - I am livid. read more

"Does not do what it claims to do"
Pros: Tells you which drivers are out of date, but could be misleading because even after it "updates" the drivers, it still shows as out of date.
Cons: As above, says a driver is out of date even if it already "updated" it. May say you have a bad driver, but not actually have an update for it. May install an older version of as driver than what you originally had.
Summary: Bottom line, don't waste your money on this program. I got it for free through trial pay, but it wasn't even worth the effort. This program will not do anything to fix your computer or update its drivers. If you get the "free" or "trial" verison o... read more

Pros: None that I know of
Cons: I subscribed to Driver Detective as I wanted help finding a particular driver - never got it, even though I filled on a request to them, never, ever got a response. Will not be renewing.
