Version: DriveClone Pro 7.0
"Would not install on 32-bit Windows 7"
Pros: None... would not install... many attempts were made. (If that changes, I'll update this review.)
Cons: No install log files to help FarStone's Tech Support understand why their program failed to install on Windows 7. FarStone Support did initially respond and request log-file information, I've now waited 3 weeks for a follow up. I'm NOT impressed.
Summary: There is no way I'm going to trust DriveClone Pro with backing up my valuable data when their tech support cannot resolve an installation problem... mostly because the software developers did not add in a function to log the steps taken, and any blo... read more >>
