"No Download available, just full price offers"
Pros: Zilch available
Cons: This should not be shown as a "download available" product. Nuance is shutting down any downloads, let alone trials.
Summary: I have used several earlier versions. Although a native english speaker, it could not handle even slow speech. I have been told I have very good diction, so cannot understand why the product never seems to catch up. I would like to try a trial ver... read more

"Really like this program - Have some issues with it too"
Pros: I really like this program. It crapped out while trying to read my email to get a sense of how i talk/write, so i just skipped that part. I did the 10 minute training, and it has a 95%+ accuracy. My 11 year old can work it too but less accurate
Cons: having it do the punctuation is only about 20% accurate. you can have it insert punctuation, or you can dictate punctuation. it is a pain to have to always remember to tell it "period" , "comma", "question mark" etc.
Summary: i would recommend it - esp at the prices now - $40-70 on sale at most places. newegg showed it today at $84, but i have seen it as low as $40. i bought mine for $49 at frys when on sale. i actually have fun dictating to my computer, my emails are ... read more

"Waste of money and time - in my experience"
Pros: Can not answer, I have never been able to install.

"Excellent Program -- much improved over earlier version"
Pros: I'm surprised by the low reviews. I have this software to be great and much better than earlier versions. You have to have a good microphone and sound card though. This version works with minimal training. Very accurate.
Cons: Seems to take a lot of memory during use.
