I've been using DragThing for several years now. Still works the best for me. Flexible and feature packed with a lot of GUI options to get it looking and working just right. At first, it can be a little daunting to set up if you're looking for some complexity, but it's got an easy learning curve and you can quickly get a very customized configuration.
