Version: Download Accelerator Plus 8.3.9
"It is not fast and easy. Other product is stable."
Pros: Interface better than in a pre- version
Cons: Gets not all files correctly. Some links does not process.
The help not is very clear, it is very difficult to find a necessary prompt.
The buttons and menus are not comfortably located.

Pros: This works, and it has decent interface, and always a bonus... its free.
Cons: Sends up alot of flags with EULAnalyzer, and after reading i found out why. It tracks what you download, so that it can give you avertisments, while it says that it doesn't sell your information, it hints at it. plus it makes indecations that it will send you emails. and its kinda funny how it lists programs that claim its spyware free, alot of the programs listed are known for their own avertising, or don't scan tracing cookies. for this, it only gets a 3 star rating, it works. but you might get more then you asked for.

"Does not catch outside downloads"
Pros: Has a good interface and skin. Has a really fast downloading speed. Has a huge selection of it's own list of games, software, movies, and a lot more.
Cons: This does not catch outside downloads (i.e. clicking on a download on download.com). It only seems to download things from it's own site.
Very long and irritating set-up at and after instal. Must register. Wants you to install a bunch of other stuff you would not want. Adds updates that have no affect to the program (i.e. IE updates).
Not recomended for your default downloading program, but it's safe to try, as long as you don't instal all the stuff it wants you to.

"Somewhere betwen Basic and Advanced"
Pros: I like the organized File Type System. Compared to other Download Managers, DAP connects to mirrors much easier. The layout is quite cool and understandable. Experience to use this software: 1.5/10
Cons: Advertisements. No DAP Drive. Otherwise it is good.

Pros: I think there's nothing wrong with dap,and most importantly there's no adware...
As the editor here said,it does its job ever so efficiently....
Like norton,people have created a huge cloud of rumours and bad-publicity...but if you blow the cloud...you will see its not useles...
Cons: Ad-supported yes...but doesn't hurt your system an inch!
