    "Program did not work after installation"

    Took advice from CNet editor's that gave this program 5 stars? Free?

    Cons

    1) Installation issue. 2) Support was more like "try this and see if it works", not a good way to resolve any issue.

    Summary

    This is a less sophisticated program compared to AutoCAD, Cadence or other. The installation was a nightmare that took up 3 days of my time including 2-3 hours each day. Something that should be an easy install turned out to be an irritating time.
    However, I did download Smartdraw and the results were night and day, i.e. Smartdraw was an easy download, install and usage. I could have done this with my eyes closed.
    Very disappointed with Doublecad and wish I could get back my times and efforts wasted to get this program to install properly. Can imagine how it would work or the learning to curve because "It Wouldn't Install Properly".
