Totally easy. Lived up to its promise completely. Makes sense that there are 2 anti-spyware programs in one because everyone knows that one program alone seldom works. My laptop was completely hosed. I was ready to chuck it. Double Anti-Spy saved it.
Cons
Wish it was easier to find this software. I think it's new, but still ... I didn't find it in my local office supply store where I always shop so I didn't know about it. Would have saved me a lot of aggravation had I got my hands on it months ago.
Summary
The software is very easy to use. Installed with no issue. Then you literally click one button and then watch two progress bars while the software does it thing - first a progress bar for Engine A and then another for Engine B. Engine A did a great job, and then Engine B mopped up the remaining nastiness on my hard drive. Bottom line is that I got my computer back after it was essentially unusable for months!! Lots of ways to customize the program, but I didn't feel I needed to take advantage of those features quite so much. It basically just works. And it's head and shoulders above everything else I've used cuz I'll tell you - Webroot didn't do the trick. Either did Spy Doctor. And I'm pretty sure Norton actually made my computer worse, if that's possible. Anyways, I recommend Double anti-Spy wholeheartedly.

i've had double anti-spy professional for about a month. it is installed on my business laptop. the user screen is easy to follow and operate. the quick scan option takes care of all my spyware problem in minutes. and there's no slow down or performance loss while i do other things on my computer. i've had other software that was more complicated to use, and which made it harder to work while a scan was running. double anti-spy professional takes care of my spyware removal needs while not creating a burden as i work. i highly recommend it!

Pros
This app found and removed spyware that others didn't (adaware, spybot etc). It has a lot of featuers and settings, and allowed me to customize it the way I want. Hands down the best spyware app I've used in years!
Cons
In some cases there's too many settings, but that can be a good thing for some.
Summary
The search feature in this app is awesome, showing you detailed information about the bad stuff that it finds on your computer. I recommend this app to all windows users out there!
