    Version: Doom Jdoom package 1.7.14

    "bring back the golden oldies!"

Pros: the jdoom package is a intelligent peice of software that basically turns doom and a few other games from blocky dos graphics to opengl/direct x graphics

the improvements are amazing, althought he original game was a cult game played by millions of players worldwide, this makes the experience a bit less stressfull on the eyes, graphics are smooth and the audio is fantastic,no more p.c speaker sounds

will play on basically any graphic card made after 2000,i have tried this game on a geforce 3/geforce 4/ati radeon 9250/ati radeon 9550/geforce 622 and finally a geforce 6600gt and all were fine

as brismythepti said "why cant they do this with all old dos games"make a programs or emulator which turns old games graphics into direct x/opengl

    great game
