Version: Docudesk PDF Essentials 2
"Excellent product. It actually works. Quick and easy and great customer service."
Pros: This is a great program. Out of all the trials I had of similar software (about 16 other company's) Docudesk was the best. That is why I Purchased it. They delivered on their promise (I requested a activation key for my laptop and they got back to me within 24 hrs). Great service and a great product.

Version: Docudesk PDF Essentials 2
Pros: The product is great! Even better was the customer service. I made a mistake on my online order. The customer service group quickly resolved my issue. They were such a pleasure to work with, I ended up buying additional software!
Cons: None to speak of.
Summary: Product is very easy to use and understand. Plus, the customer service is great!
