    "Delighting a customer"

    Pros

    Excellent product with great customer service backup.
    I have been using Docudesk products for a few years and find the software decently priced, reliable and fitness for purpose. It meets all the definitions of great quality.

    Cons

    I could not find any bad points regarding the software or technical backup.

    Summary

    If you too want to be "delighted" I would advise you to buy their products.
