So far, we have confirmed that these issues replicate on devices on which SkyDrive or SkyDrive Pro coexists with DocuWorks Viewer Light. If one file extension is associated with multiple apps, the prioritization among the associated apps is arbitrarily determined by iOS each time they are installed or upgraded, and cannot be controlled by the apps themselves. Therefore, one reliable solution for these issues is to delete the third-party app whose file extensions conflict with those for DocuWorks Viewer Light. These issues will be resolved at the time of deleting the app.
