  didn't convert right -- says it is freeware, but trys to make you "upgrade" before it MIGHT work

  Funny, I posted a very similar bad review to this one today, for a near-identical piece of crapware. Searching for it again just now, I discovered that Download.com has a number of entries for what is essentially the same piece of software. I hope no-one is stupid enough to pay these rogues for the upgrade. Keep looking, there are better ones to be found.
