Cons
Received email notifying me of Version 2007 and that I should call to see about an upgrade. Sorry, four months after purchase is too long after sending me the numerous emails I responded to by upgrading from Version 9 to 10. There are other alternatives, I cannot recommend purchasing this product!

This is a great program. But I have an issue.
Cons
I bought Diskeeper 10 about a month ago. I like the program so much I bought Diskeeper 2007 "Update" I installed this and it keeps asking for a registration number. I never recieved one and the only other option there is to use the trial version. Ok now I bought this program twice in one month. So you would think I would get it registered. So I look up the problem on the Diskeeper website and they give me a list of things I must do to correct the problem including going into my registery and deleting keys (Scary). Ok well I do all of this and re-install Ver10 then install Ver2007 and sure enough it don't work. So I email Diskeeper and they won't return my emails. Terrible Customer support and Terrible registration process. SO my advice will be never buy the update just go for the Full version everytime because all you will do is waste your money.

...if you have it, because at least it worked!!! Boot-time defrag works great but you only need to use it once...
Cons
1)failed to load at start-up and had to be manually started twice... 2)manual defrag was slower than windows defragger... 3)had to reinstall twice and still couldn't get auto-defrag to work... 4)no response to my eMails... Discovered that DK 2007 has conflicts with some firewalls (XP & 3rd-party) because diskeeper has to contact the internet (loop-back) to auto-defrag, which is why I uninstalled DK 10 and won't be renewing my license.
