"DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT'S A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Cons: It showed the proper picture when I used the trial but when I bought the full version so I could save it it came out all messed up and they don't want to give me a refund don't make the same mistake as me and pay $40 for a junk program.

Pros: I never tried the full software as on purchase they added an extra $39.99 by stealth and then added tax to the whole lot. In the end it was nearly $100 and they went straight to take the money without a checkout reality check. I asked for a full refund and they gave the $39.99 back only. I asked again and again and they asked stupid questions and then after 3 working days when they didn?t get a response from me (i did respond but they denied getting it) they closed the case and KEPT THE MONEY.
Cons: Its a rip off. I ended up installing free undelete which is actually free, and recovers full original file perfectly.

Cons: It guaranteed that any thumbnails shown during the scan phase could be recovered. I paid for the program and about 25% of the files that showed thumbnails were not recovered (so much for their guarantee). And the ones that were recovered came up in a much reduced image size. Look elsewhere and avoid this program. I would have given it zero stars if allowed.
