Pointy-ear warriors, get your magical weapons ready. This expertly designed role-playing adventure combines a rich menu of strategic challenges with an immediately intuitive interface and controls. You are the elf hero who can lead up to five army units to capture castles as well as build garrisons and auxiliary armies to hold your land. We especially liked that Disciples II incorporates role-playing game features such as the ability to gain experience; this attribute makes the game very addictive. As your army wins one battle after another, you and your armies gain new tricks and abilities. Combat is based on initiative of units: faster units strike earlier than slower ones. Striking earlier than the opponent can mean difference between victory and defeat. To win you have to combine strengths of units of different types. Given the game's excellent graphics and superb music, we found listening to and watching it almost as enjoyable as playing. Overall, Disciples II is a must-have for all serious strategy buffs, who will no doubt cringe at the three-hour trial limitation as far too short.

  Pros: took forever to download but once I was playing the game went by so fast

  Pros: This game has engaging gameplay and is easy to learn there are tons of and 5 races. This game combines city building, rpg, and tbs (Turn based Strategy) elements in an awsome blend.

  Cons: only a demo :(

  Pros: The game mode is great, the graphics are cool too, monsters humans, elves, undead hordes... Just like the lord of the rings but the game mode its awesome. All the RPG action in battle, the turn based system. u must Have it.

  Cons: Its something stupid to have the game and the scenario editor completely apart.
