"Not worth $20"
Version: Diner Dash 1.0
Pros
This game is a descent time killer. It is fun to improve your serving technique and see how fast you can get it done.
Cons
After awhile the challenge of the repetition gets stale. (If the demo were 2 hours I probably wouldnt have bought it) They inconvenience the paying customer by making you get online everytime you need to re-install the software.
Summary
Once you pay (over-pay) to activate the game you must get online to verify. If you want to put it on a different machine, that machine must get online. Even if you copy it you still have to get online to activate. They only allow you 3 free re-activations which, to me, is more like renting the game. Even for the rip-off price of $20 they will not send you a CD.
I will never buy from Playfirst or TryMedia again. But if you want it I reccommend buying the CD from Amazon which is usually $14 but currently 6.99, which is closer to what its actually worth.
Not surprising they offer no support for the CDs but I dont feel very supported now so whats the difference? -
"pretty good"
Version: Diner Dash 1.0
Pros
it was real fun to played it

"Perfect for replacing the mind-dulling monotony of solitaire or mindsweeper."
Version: Diner Dash 1.0
Pros
The game offers several complexities to challenge the mind as well as eyes, by managing customers, orders, dishes, seating by requiring response to visual cues such as customers raising their hand to order or the ringing of the bell when a dish is ready to be served.
Cons
The demo only lets you try for 60 minutes and costs 20 dollars to buy. If you are really desperate to pay for an upgrade to solitaire- it may be worth your money. However, I can't imagine how much more complex or challenging the full version will be, nor how long you could play before getting bored, that would justify spending 20 dollars here instead of another game.

"Definitely a fun game"
Version: Diner Dash 1.0
Pros
This game is definitely fun AND addictive. It's a great way to kill time without having to concentrate too much.
Cons
Graphics aren't fantastic, and I'm not sure I'd pay 20 dollars for it (I've only played the demo) but it's still alright. :)

"this game is a lot of fun and it get harder by the minute"
Version: Diner Dash 1.0
Pros
I like this game a lot, especially the part when more customers come in, which makes it harder and more exciting for the player. Also like the looks of the game as the player gets to accumulate points to buy new tables for the restaurant.
