  "Good Product but missing some possible features"

  Pros: Quick and easy view of facebook and twitter

  Cons: Could use Skype and RSS integration

  "Loved it before, trying it again"

  Pros: decent IM client, great Twitter client, only Facebook chat client I like

  Cons: Had problems with my companies Web Defense product before - causing system lock-ups until I uninstalled it. After an unhappy attempt with Trillian, I am trying it again after verifying that all the adware is off.

  Summary: I will up my rating to 5 stars if this works without locking up my machine again. I was bummed when I had to uninstall it before. read more

  "Best. IM Client. Ever."

  Pros: You can't be buzzed in Yahoo!
  You can send emails directly from Digsby.
  Digsby is for IM clients what Firefox is for web browsers.

  Cons: You can't buzz others in Yahoo!
  No conference mode... yet.
  No *nix versions... yet.
  No photosharing.
  No animated avatars.

  Summary: Digsby is the best IM client out there. It integrates perfectly email, IM and social networking. read more

  "Easy to use"

  Pros: able to use multiple accounts on the mail and im systems that I use

  Cons: hard to change profile details for the various im programs

  Summary: I use this almost every time I'm online for easy access to hotmail and facebook, as well as seeing whick of my friends is online that I would like to talk to. Excellent program, well supported, good interface read more

  Pros: Works great. Much improved from original release.

  Cons: Can't think of any. Great product.
