ivs,2.50 spits u may really split a dvd in half covert to workable format so i derleted this secert thing 4 ivs250 that does what i want no brainaches

Tried on my Windows XP, I guess there is some codec issue? Just took the video off my Sony video cam, mpg format, copy it into the computer, trying to convert it into avi file and then split in for youtube, but can never convert this file
