Digital File Cabinet allows you to scan documents using a scanner and organize them into file cabinets, drawers, and folders. You can find, print, and password-protect file cabinets. You can also export file cabinets to any drive (including a writable CD). You can add descriptions to every document you scan. Thumbnail images are shown on all documents for easy viewing, and a drag-and-drop interface is supported to make organization simple.

Version 1.1.23 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Digital File Cabinet 1.1.23

"Not overly sophisticated, perfect."

Pros: If you are looking for simply easy to use document scanning and storing software, this is it. You will master it in about 15 minutes.

Cons: Wish it could scan multiply pages at a time.

Version: Digital File Cabinet 1.1.23

"For that price, it does what you want with lightning speed!"

Pros: It's simple (just 4 buttons !), I can even install it for my mother. It stores both scans and electronic documents, the prints are beautiful. A must have !

Cons: Just the web server for the stored documents missing, but for that price I don't care. multi-user would be nice.
