"Body adjust to this diet and regains the weight it lost, just as with every other diet."
Cons: Besides being useless over time, these combinations become extremely boring: eggs, peanuts, cheese for a meal? Eat as much as you want? You don't want it, so you eat little, reduce caloric intake, and the body reactes as if it is starving. It retains the fat for the famine.

Pros: Software? What software?
Cons: They lie, it's just their internet ad. I'll never buy anything from them, ever. AND I'm warning all my fat friends!!
