"Simple and efficient"
Version: Dial-a-fix 0.60.0.24
Pros
After a day trying to recover a usable Microsoft Update (and other tools relying on the same engine), dial-a-fix fixed it.
Cons
Maybe the interface which looks basic, but who cares when you've got the good fix in few seconds.

"This is an incredibily good tool for a damaged OS!"
Version: Dial-a-fix 0.60.0.24
Pros
Repairs/restores Internet Explorer, the ability to receive Microsoft Updates again, repairs network software/IP address problems, & repairs Operating System "glitches".
Cons
None that I know of --and I've used it to repair virus-damaged Operating Systems. It does exactly what its designed to do.
This tool has worked for me 14 out of 14 times when attempting to help someone repair their virus-damaged computer.Summary
This software tool is primarily designed to restore/repair an Operating System that has been damaged by viruses.
However, it should be noted, viruses/malware must first be removed by using "Multi-virus cleaner", Spybot Search & Destroy, or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Then use this excellent tool to repair your Internet connections, ability to receive Microsoft updates, and other Operating System damage. This tool has been a huge time saver--a number of times, I have been able to restore an OS without the need to reformat the Hard Drive!
