  "Fast and easy"

  Pros

  Friendly interface, easy to work with, nice available options, it's freeware.

  Cons

  Inconvenient way to edit the text. I've also found some difficulties at making and managing my own templates of shapes.

  Summary

  A great free tool with lots of potentials.

  "Can't afford Visio? Here's your free solution."

  Pros

  Free. So far it appears bug-free too. Flexible enough to produce presentable flowcharts

  Cons

  I don't think that I can open the .ddd file in Visio.

  Summary

  Did I mention that it's free? And that it works and looks pretty good...and it's free.

  "Excellent Flow Chart design and fairly quick to utilize"

  Pros

  User Friendly.
  Easy to manipulate colors and diagrams

  Cons

  Entering text can be a little ungainly until you get used to it. The pages are set up in tabs so you cannot just scroll down. You have to move back and forth between tabs.

  "Excellent free diagram software"

  Pros

  Not only can you make flow charts, but also GUI diagrams too (tabbed windows/buttons/labels etc).
  
  Interface easy to use, export to multiple formats, aligning, styling, it's free!

  Cons

  There are none.
