    "Not compatible with Vista or Windows 7"

    Pros

    I tried this with Vista and the Windows 7 beta and it crashed all the time.

    Cons

    Appalling software. Hasn't been updated for years. Avoid like the plague.

    Summary

    Don't bother downloading this rubbish.

    Of course it crashes on Vista and Windows 7 beta - it was never designed to run on them. It won't run on a Mac either. For a free C/C++ compiler on the correct O/S, it is decent, although nothing fancy.
