"Performs POORLY, no customer support"
Version: DesktopMirror for Outlook and Palm Desktop 3.6.1 build 1385
Pros
Easy to download, install, and uninstall.
Cons
Doesnt actually DO anything but generate a huge debug log of the many reasons it will not run. Fails to open Outlook properly, Causes Stack/heap errors (key sign of poor programming). 14 day free trial is too short to get it running. Need 6 months.
Summary
Wait for someone that knows programming to do it- or see if someone is working on a Palm Emulator. Maybe it works with ACT (doubtful, as it cant link simple outlook 2010 on Win 7 machine no matter what compatibility settings. Sent numerous emails to support with debug log - never received ONE answer. Even sending with requested receipt didnt work - they dont even want you to know they read your email. I assume this is run out of someone's garage and his son or daughter arent too interested in helping daddy with his silly hobby. Too bad as the product is needed, but it should work or have customer service. Better to do it all by hand - faster and more reliable.
