    "When uninstalled wrecks your generic Windows Themes manager"

    Summary

    No need to replace your generic Windows 98/ME Desktop Themes utility. When you uninstall this "alternative" it will never work right again. Makes a mess of your Themes manager. Don't make the mistake.
