The installer file didn't work on my system (WinXP). It was listed as a running process, but no result.

Just sits transparently on your desktop, no borders, no window.
Cons
Does not work with Vista.
Summary
I've been using this program for years now on Xp and Win7 (RC). Only reason I'm here today looking for another desktop calendar is that it doesn't work with Vista. Clean, uncluttered and transparent design. Easy setup and easier to use. Just drop in to your startup folder and you're ready to go. And it's free!
