"User friendly but useless!"

I tried the software on one document. The conversion process was a complete failure. The document was completely illegible when finished. The trial was for one page of one document. I was unable to use full functioning and one page is useless. It is impossible to test the abilities of the program based on one page. This software is basically crap!

Program threw up an error message when I tried to open a password protected PDF I had created a few months ago and needed to edit.
Allowed me to input the password but obviously couldn't open it.

This is a great program. It's easy to use and if you have a problem, the people are very helpful and easy to work with. As they say, if there's a problem you get an answer with in 24 hours or less.There's no other PDF program that does so much for the price.

Thank you for deskUNPDF! We have been using deskPDF for over a year with never a problem. We recently added deskUNPDF. In the past we have converted PDF documents to Word by scanning them, passing them through OCR, and then tidying up the result. We typically do this eight to ten times a month. The first time we used deskUNPDF it saved about 20 minutes -- just on one document! And having both products work with Windows Vista is important, as we are in process of upgrading all five of our computers. Good job, guys!
