This effective application helps you manage application windows and keep your desktop clutter-free, although it requires free registration to unlock all of its features.
DeskTools has a straightforward interface that lists open windows and has only a few buttons to unhide all windows and access settings. The program also integrates into the context menu, so you can effectively hide or send a window to the system tray with a right-click on the list entry or on the title bar of the window. Additional tools--to close windows that contain a user-specified keyword, and to add password protection to hidden windows--are disabled and require free registration.
Even if you don't want to disclose personal information to gain access to DeskTools extras, this freeware utility offers a simple solution for windows management.

Version: DeskTools 1
"Good program, lazy programmers"
Pros: The program works all fine as well as its functionalities.
Cons: BUT !, if you deinstall it, it will remove most startup-entries of your registry. I have recognised that twice, so no doubt about that (WinXP). So your system won't start your processes and it won't work correctly anymore.
