"Easy to use but business cards don't print correctly."

Pros
I used this program primarily for creating and printing business cards and found that it was fairly intuitive and easy to use. One nice feature is the ability to create a single card template and then replicate it on tabs for each employee. You can then customize each tab independently with variable as their name, title, direct phone number, etc.
Cons
The problem that I've continually encountered with this software is that when you print business cards there's a slight "creep" from one card to another. If there's a lot of white space around your borders it might not be too big a problem - but if you're card utilizes most of the printable area it becomes really obvious. I ended up having to throw away the top and bottom rows of cards because of print misalignment. After a while, that gets to be both frustrating and expensive
Summary
Easy to set up and customize cards, including importing and resizing an image, logo or background. Custom colors are also easy to define and save.
The business card function has a creep problem which can cause you to waste up to four cards per sheet unless the cards are very simple in design and have lots of white space around the edges.
I contacted tech support and they were of little help. The tech simply told me that it must be a problem with my printer hardware or software because they have thousands of users who seem to be satisfied with their results. He never offered to review my results or to escalate the problem.
I tested the software on several different printers and it made no difference whatever. The creep was always there. (Just to be clear when I say "the creep" I'm referring to the printing gradually moving down the page - not to the tech support person.)
This software may be great for other applications - I don't know because I've only used it for business cards - but I'm on here today looking for some better business card software. -

In some areas a little cumbersome, but still a very nice piece of soft ware and very useable for my purpose

I would recommend this to anyone who needs to design a business card, or brochure, etc. If you are in the business of doing this for others you need more than this program offers, but it will cost you to get what you really need.

Flexibility of use. I design all my own notecards using my photography. Allows a great deal of flexibility.

Not compatible with Apple Mac. :-( When I switched computers, this program would not go with me. Very frustrating because I cannot find another program that does what I want it to do with the ease that this edition allows.
Summary
For PC users only, which is a real disappointment for this MAC user. Lost many beautiful creations when I switched computers and am now having to learn a new program that I am not as happy with. What a pity.
