The interface is intuitive and familiar and includes just about any tool a designer would need.
Cons
Thie size is NOT a con, though some see it that way. The program includes features for practically any small printing project.

I can download it fast, get it free, and it works with any label that coincides with an Avery number. Glad to have it; I'm tired of horsing around with free label programs that only give you one or two label types - always those you don't have.
Cons
Slow on Vista, one CD label at a time, can't find the generic label template.
Summary
Great for quick down-and-dirty labels (as long as you know the Avery number). I should have chosen this one in the first place. These negative reviews must be semi-intelligent flies.

Takes a little time to figure it out but I very much like the "do it from scratch " feature. lots of options and nothing is disabled. no adware, no nags.

It worked for me. It was free. I just printed business cards on card stock and used a paper cutter to cut the cards. Who needs their business card stock. Might be nice if making hundreds at a time otherwise unnecessary.
I didn't try making anything other than business cards.

It works very well -- much better, for example, than the Avery Wizard. It took some doing to figure out how to print single labels, but the help files proved very useful.
Cons
It would have been nice to be able to print a single label within the program. Using the print process was somewhat cumbersome.

This worked well. We made some sample cards quickly using desighs already installed.
Cons
To import graphics it appears as if the only way is to scan a graphic. I have not found a way to just import graphics already in the computer. I may not have spent enought time with it.
