"fast, reliable, easy to use, no multilanguage support"
Version: Delete Duplicates for Outlook 5.7
Pros
This program is easy to use, it's fast and reliable. There are plenty of comparison options so we can define several types of duplicates. Beside the message text, we can compare attachments, headers and various index values.
Cons
Graphical interface and help files are English-only / there is no multilanguage support.

"So near, yet so far."
Version: Delete Duplicates for Outlook 5.4
Pros
It was feature rich and would have kept anyone on the learning curve.
Cons
Consistently crashed in burned. I had it only comparing two folder and they had dups. The summary screen came up, and everytime I tried to scroll to the botton, I got the ". . .has stopped working" and it would send its report off to wherever.
Summary
Actually my first frustration was the number of items which were turned off in the demo version. The program seemed freature wealthy but every time I saw something which might be interesting, it was off limits. The first time I started it I saw something I'd never seen on any of the like programs. Apparenetly for every folder it went into, it would open another Outlook Window. I had several folders under "Inbox" so there was a new window for each one. I let it search the archive folder, that had an inbox folder which of course had a number of subfolders. While it can be set to make a noise when it finishes, the first time, when I have about fourteen screens, I forgot about the buzzer and started closing windows. I didn't realize it was not done and it continued to open windows. And once the program finally died, I couldn't close all the Outlook windows. Some were just plain stuck. I had to reboot. Even if it did find dups and "deal with them", what is with the opening a screen per folder?

"Delete Duplicate What?"
Version: Delete Duplicates for Outlook 4.9.0.1
Pros
Its fine if you only want to delete duplicate emails (notice that I said emails and only emails), but who would want to leave the job 1/2 done.
Cons
Be carefull of this one. Did you happen to notice that it doesn't delete duplicate calendar entries or tasks? The author claims its "clear". I suspect you might feel otherwise.Duplicate calendar and task entries are far more common in my experience.I personally have no need to delete duplicate emails.

"Does exactly what it says on the tin"
Version: Delete Duplicates for Outlook 2.3
Pros
A quick download and installation and intuitive interface - it was running on my messages within 3 minutes of clicking 'download this program'. Not fully tested but seems to have all the fetaures you need to conduct this cleanup.
Cons
Presentation is a bit VB4-ish, grey and clunky - ok for me but might put others off. The progress counter is a little confusing as it increases each time it reads a new subfolder then starts counting down again. Unfortunately although the program reports that it has found duplicates - you can't actually delete them until you've paid - it would be nice to have one go at it, just to be sure the right things are deleted
