"Works For Me"
Pros
The 15-second break is great for stretching, or just as a reminder to check posture, change position. There's something friendly/silly about it that makes me more willing to go along with it than I thought I'd be.
Cons
there are no cons, unless you count getting used to the 10-minute break--never realized 10 minutes could be so long!
