"Bought full version and everything works!"
Pros: My LG PM325 was supported.
I'm thrilled about this, because my internet on the Sprint phone isn't working and Sprint wants to reset the phone. I will lose all contacts, pictures and calender info when they do.
I was able to get my pictures, contacts and calendar info off my phone using Data Pilot! Yae!
The software also allows you to edit your photos which is kind of cool if you don't already have imaging software.
Hopefully uploading my saved info back into the phone will go smoothly (after Sprint resets my phone). Will repost with results.
I'm very happy!
Cons: With discount full version was $31. Kind of pricey.
Ringers are not supported, but that wasn't crucial. I also can't upload pictures TO the phone with Data Pilot. (Not supported)

"Nice interface, buggy connectivity"
Pros: If you can get it connected to your cell phone, it works nicely: back up address book, copy MS Outlook calendar, photos, etc.
Cons: On Win2000 and WX, I have had problems getting the phone to communicate with the computer using this software. Instructions for downloading USB drivers are obscure and complicated. In the beginning, it worked only when I rebooted the computer with the phone attached. Now I can't get it to work at all. Tech support not helpful at all; promised supervisor would call back; never did.

"Does not work under Windows 2000"
Cons: Couldn't get it to work under Windows 2000, though it worked well under Windows XP. Tech support seem to work only from a script and couldn't help.
