"waste of time! very bad"

I wasted 2 days with this program, it has to scan your drive when you run it but it never completes the scan because it hangs the PC in the middle of scanning and you have to reboot! wasting hours of scanning. First time I though maybe something went wrong, and I decided to run it again from the start, after 5 hours of scanning it hanged again, I could not even move a mouse or use keyboard, need to reboot. 3rd time again it hangs, 6 hours of scanning wasted. I contacted support 5 days ago, they never responded. So I will be getting my money back, and looking for a better program that actually works.

I bought this product last week and it's great!I bought the IT version so I could recover peoples data as side job, and I quickly made the money back for what I paid for it and then some. I love that it is bootable too, I love the GUI. They have a demo you can download and boot into to see what I'm talking about. All I take with me to customers house is the bootable cd and my external hard drive to put their data on it temporary. RecoverSoft has a new fan!!

Why they waited so long to make this product for Windows b/c this product was first made for the MAC, it's only been out for Windows since march, that's why it's not alot of hype about it yet!!
