Publisher's description of Dark Planet: Battle for Natrolis Demo
On the distant world of Natrolis live the Sauron, a race of lizard creatures that exist in a pretechnological civilization. When spacefaring humans arrive on the planet, they believe that the Saurons' swords and longbows are no match for the big guns and explosives of the humans' own soldiers. However, they didn't count on the Saurons' ability to fight back with magic, nor did they expect to awaken bizarre insectoid monsters from inside the planet during the course of their battles. Soon, Natrolis is engulfed in a three-sided conflict between the Sauron, the humans, and the monstrous creatures. The player of The Awakened can lead any of the three factions on some 40 missions. Each faction requires different resources to power its fighting forces. Humans are technological, while Sauron require mana to fuel their magical attacks. The monsters feed on the corpses of their enemies. In this 3D real-time strategy game, you must manage resources, construct buildings, and lead your formations against two utterly alien enemies, each with its own unique strengths and weaknesses.
