"Did what I asked"
Pros
I didn't really know what I was doing, but it wasn't hard to figure out when I had to mount an ISO file. When I finished the mounting process there were quite a few corrupt files, but I'm guessing that had nothing to do with this app.
Cons
Actually creates a drive - a DVD drive - that my machine expects to always be there. That's fine, but I wish I could have chosen the Drive letter. It picked one that is the same as an external HD that was turned off. Not a big issue.
Summary
I didn't know much about ISO files or what was meant by 'mounting', but it wasn't hard to figure out with this app.

u can change the drive letter by right click tray icon>virtual cd/dvd rom>device?>set device parameters...
