First, let's start with the DVDxDV team. These guy are willing to help you at a moments notice. They don't get back to you in a week they answer your questions immediately. Where else can you get that kind of service? They are more than willing to help you with your problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As far as the software goes, it was the first third party software I purchased when I bought my Macs. I use them regularly. Thank You DVDxDV.

The support from the developers of DVDxDV-Mac OS X has been excellent sinceI first purchased this program in 2006. It continues to provide excellent quality extractions from DVDs that I have produced. Customers send DVDs with commercial broadcast files that need ripping for re-editing for television. -

This DVDxDV is great at what it does. I have several clients who love to send my DVD's as a master source. DVDxDV allows me to do these jobs quickly and efficiently. Its like my secret weapon. Before I found this, it was a big headache trying to rip the DVD and convert them to the right Format. DVDxDV output files load right into Final Cut Pro or Imovie. Plus the support team actually offers support. Plus the DVDxDV team stands behind their customers. That way I dont loose clients, and I can keep my rates competive. That alone is worth more than buying some other dead software. -

I'm a comedian and am always ripping bits from my shows off DVD's for youtube, my website and other promotional places.... this is the best software out there for that. Also, last week my hard drive crashed and so I needed to reload their program on my computer. I couldn't find a way to reload it without buying it again. I'm on tour today in California and emailed them asking if there was a way to get it without buying it again. It was 8:15AM on Sunday morning so I knew I wouldn't get a response but about 10 minutes later I got an email telling me how to do it. Absolutely amazing customer service backing up an all ready great product! -

I downloaded and in stalled the product and had some questions to help fit it into my workflow. The support team quickly responded to multiple emails very quickly helping me get my project started. I'm definately impressed with the speed and quality produced by this software but I'm even more impressed by the support team's willingness to work through the smallest details to ensure I was happy with this purchase. I would recommend this product for it's ability to produce quality files very quickly. -

DVDxDV is simple to use and always gets the job done. If you have a need for getting video off DVDs and into Final Cut like we do then this is going to be the best inexpensive software you ever bought.

I've been using DVDxDV for years now. It's very easy to use and creates high quality quicktime files that I've used both with iMovie and also on my iPod. All in all, still the best program I have found for converting DVD media to Quicktime. Great support - the few times that I've needed to contact customer support (problem w/ license key & getting the most recent version) they have responded promptly. -
