    "audio drops out"

    Version: DVD Rip Factory 7.2.6.16

    Pros

    easy to use, fast to download and install

    Cons

    in trial version the resulting file video seemed OK, but the audio dropped out every 5 seconds or so.

    Summary

    This SW holds a record: resided on my PC for a total of 20 minutes before I removed it.

    "Horrible experience, non-responsive, only 10 minutes"

    Version: DVD Rip Factory 7.2.6.16

    Pros

    The interface is aesthetically pleasing and it is fairly easy to use.

    Cons

    The program would quit when trying to rip a DVD that has already been proven to work with ofter software. The program, in trial version, will only provide 10 minutes of playback time, which means you better buy it if you plan on watching a movie.

    Summary

    There are many other software providers that offer a much better quality product. I would go with them.
