    "Simple interface, easier video to TV; slow, poor docs."

    Pros

    Very friendly interface, default settings OK for most simple tasks, can burn DVDs in the process.
    Large selection of compatible PC, Mac, etc. video file types.
    Active user group.

    Cons

    Very slow - 6 hrs to process and burn 4GB of video clips to DVD: but my 6-y-o processor may have been a factor.
    Needs better documentation: limitations like 50-odd titles, guidelines on how video expands in processing, better "how-to" on menu development.
    Read the downloaded Guide - it's necessary but not sufficient.
