Version: DOS2USB 1.59.80
"doesn't deliver the goods, terrible tech support"
Pros: it DOES print from dos to usb, no doubt.
Cons: Lame attempt to fix issues from tech support, when they couldn't figure out solution, stopped responding to emails. Had to purchase second license when I switched computers, now customer service won't return calls. Unreliable product, waste of money

"Don't buy this product, no support"
Pros: It works fine
Cons: I had a hard drive failure on a new (less than a year old) computer and the program no longer worked after the drive was replaced . The company does not respond to emails at all.
Summary: Don't pay for this product. I even sent them a copy of the shipping invoice for the still under warrenty hard drive and still no response. read more

"Copy protected, wouldn't replace the key."
Pros: The software installs easily, works ok with one exception, and is not difficult to use.
Cons: The software stops working when you change parts in your computer, such as upgrading a hard drive; it's copy protection seems to be tied to the computer's hardware. This is a serious defect as far as I'm concerned.
Summary: This software is good, when it works; but if you plan on upgrading or replacing your computer, DON'T BUY THIS PROGRAM. I'm sorry to say this because it did a nice job until I replaced my hard drive. After E-Mailing the company for more than 6 months ... read more
