Pros
I love the product because I can download full tracks from youtube, because there is a lot of songs on youtube that you just can't get anywhere else, and I like the fact I can make ringtones and send them via bluetooth to my phone free of charge.
Cons
I only wish there were more pictures to choose from on the wallpapers, for now thta is the only thing I can think of that I dislike.

Unable to use the ringtone once I downloaded to my phone.
Summary
I was able to create and complete my ringtone without problems and then download it to my phone. However once I got it into a folder on my phone, I was unable to use the ringtone. Maybe it's a problem with a phone, but I am going to try another program that my daughter recommended.

I have used a few similar tools until I found this one and I think that this is the best I got my hands on. It is very easy to create a ringtone. From the begining until the ringtone is on your phone, it only takes a couple of minutes.

Easy to edit and transfer your own ringtones to your phone. It is an efficient tooll that allows the user to create and transfer ringtones to their mobile. Allows the user to choose medium or high quality for sound.
Cons
The editing tools are more limiting than a full music editing suite (though for a mobile phone probably doesn't make any real difference.

The only con is "Tinny" sounding, low quality ringtones, but that's a biggie.
Summary
This product works as advertised and I would have rated it a 5 out of 5 if it only made high quality ringtones. However, the ringtones from the full version of DJ ToneXpress that I paid $9.99 for (not the trial version that I never even tried) sound "tinny" and somewhat muted on my iPhone 3GS and not nearly as full and clear as the ones I downloaded from iTunes. When I was not satisfied with the sound quality of the several ringtones I made, I went looking for a better ringtone maker. Then I found ShareTones for iPhone that is totally FREE, very easy to use and makes ringtones of about the same quality as those you download from iTunes. (And I?m using a Windows XP laptop, not a Mac.) I'm very satisfied with ShareTones. It allows you to make ringtones but it also provides pre-made ringtones for the songs you own so you don't have to have to create your own if you don't want to. (I have no affilation whatsoever with whoever makes ShareTones and i'm not compensated in any way.) My only beef is I paid ten bucks for a product that doesn't work as well as a completing free product.
