Settings give users control over five qualities of playback: fidelity, ambience, 3D Surround, Dynamic Boost, and HyperBass.

DFX enhances your RealNetworks listening experience by improving the sound quality of MP3s, streaming audio, and other music files. A DFX enhanced version of RealNetworks is designed to transform the sound of an average PC into that of an expensive stereo system placed in a perfectly designed listening environment. DFX settings allow users to boost fidelity, bass, volume, depth, and 3D surround sound. You can even record your enhanced MP3s onto a CD for playback on your stereo. New headphones processing optimizes listening through headphones. It includes a new flexible skinning system with hundreds of customizable skins to choose from.
Note: 3D surround sound processing and headphone optimization are not functional in this trial version.
