Version: DFX Audio Enhancer for Windows Media Player 8.501
Pros: It really does enhance MP3 music (I listen mostly to pop). Although I must mention that I can't completely objectivly say it's better when I compare the sound when DFX is on and off because on the ON mode it seems to me DFX increases the volume also.
Cons: Quite buggy on WMP11. Problems include occasional stalling, occasional freezing, and frequent screen blacking out temporarily -- all not a good experience when just trying to enjoy music regardless of how awesome effect is.

Version: DFX Audio Enhancer for Windows Media Player 8.501
"It's ok, but not that special"
Pros: Nice Equalizer features
Cons: ...Pop up attachment whenever Windows Media Player (WMP) is open.
A annoying pop up window asking you to upgrade when WMP is first opened.
Equalizer only works up to 5. (it slides to 10 in the pro version)Summary: The Demo version is slightly better than the built in Equalizer of Windows Media Player, but it's annoying. So I uninstalled it. To upgrade to pro is $29.95 too much for just a equalizer. read more
