does not support the home versions of windows xp or windows vista. The installer does not let the user install the application if the proffessonal versions of windows are not present

Very quick install, minimal (no) configuration, didn't need to use a website to get to my PC, and fast, amazingly fast, compared to others I've tried.

Summary
I love software that makes complex stuff easy. Software that is absolutely focused on solving a single problem without fuss. Have problem - apply solution - no more problem. Desktra is one of these.
My pick of the bunch for remote access - I'm using it for home PCs and will consider for work as well. I would pay for this software. -
